I hired HB Property Services to carry out alterations to a door at a rental property I own. The initial finish looked good, but the door no longer closed properly afterwards and required a return visit at additional cost. While I can’t be certain the issue was caused by the work, we had no prior problems. I've chosen Munotec for a fusebox upgrade and the job was done fast and according to the quote. Big added benefit for me was that they provided both EIC and EICR after the installation. I'll definitely consider Munotec for future jobs.

Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian
