Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR

After a week or so of back and forth as they kept cancelling, they sent 2 young lads who had 0 to little experience. Most of the work will need redone. They created alot of mess and had to use my ladders for some of the work which was not very professional and took 2 days for a few hrs of work as they couldn't do it. Their manager was very apologetic but still charged £500 for the "work" Terrible experience.

Scaffolding materials have been left on my property since February, and it's now June. I've reached out several times via phone and text, but they still haven’t come to collect them. This man came out and priced my work. I accepted his price but on the day he was due to start the work he rang me saying his platerers wife was taken into hospital with food poisoning. Never heard from him again.so I am now looking for someone myself to plaster my ceiling.
