Matthew was easy to communicate with he was honest about the job and not put off by the private lane access - which meant all materials had to come down lane and through the house they were tidy - professional and attention to detail It was also very refreshing to see a trade man that had enough professional ability to only require £250 Deposit to hold date - did not need materials paid up front as he clearly runs a good cash flow company with good trade accounts. They arrived on time, coping calmly with traffic on a narrow road; dealt with deconstructing, moving and constructing furniture without complaint, and managed the whole quite cheaply!

Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.

Apart from causing £350. worth of damage to my roof and electrics so far and ignoring my emails questioning why they didn't tell me. The job was done quickly and virtually to the agreed specification. Would I recommend them? Probably not just for not coming clean about the damage and not communicating. I had a quote from them for a fence which I was going to take up, also a couple of other jobs to quote for but I am now looking elsewhere. I have no confidence they will tell me if something goes wrong.
