From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. Took a bit of a chance here, as Reuben didn't have any previous comments or reviewers. However I have to say that I'm delighted I used him in the end, as well as a meticulous attention to detail and impeccable professionalism (I had chosen an unusual type of wallpaper which required a very specific type of adhesive, Reuben scoured London to find the appropriate product, therefore not finishing the job until much later than planned), he's also a really nice guy and I'll definitely use him in the future. I needed a new fence and paving but couldn't decide on the pavers to get. Szilard came around in his own time and helped me choose pavers and suggested designs. When they started work they were always punctual and extremely hard working whle at the same time being very pleasant and incredibly helpful, trustworthy and clean, too - they vacuumed at the end of each day. Szilard is clearly a perfectionist and he and Josef wouldn't finish each day until they achieved the highest standards in their work.
