Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

Kareen was polite and professional, she came to look at the job and quote, arranged a time and was very prompt. Her work was excellent and she left the house in a very good state. I would highly recommend her. She mainly travels by bike and prefers to use your tools, brushes etc if possible which in our case was fine, however if you don't own any tools you will have to make this clear up front.

Andrei and his father built some shelves in my lounge and fixed, patched-up and repainted my kitchen ceiling. I was really impressed with both jobs. The shelving looks excellent and is exactly what I wanted. The ceiling was done really professionally and looks even better than I was expecting. They arrived on time and worked really hard all day and were very friendly and personable. Also good on price. Highly recommended.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. I’m really pleased I found Alex! He came and quoted the job quickly and began work quickly . He worked around my week to get the job done , arriving at 6.20 the first day as I had to leave early for a meeting He is very tidy when working , i had to work from home a few days and you wouldn’t know he was there ! His work quality is fantastic , he completed the job ahead of time , explained everything to me and is very personable and polite . A really , really nice guy. Would recommend and use again

A nice guy, who did the job, but I was glad to see leave!Substantially under estatimated the time the job would take. Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). Asked for more money after job was done, despite agreeing the price at outset
