Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

Kareen was polite and professional, she came to look at the job and quote, arranged a time and was very prompt. Her work was excellent and she left the house in a very good state. I would highly recommend her. She mainly travels by bike and prefers to use your tools, brushes etc if possible which in our case was fine, however if you don't own any tools you will have to make this clear up front.
