Hi I'm a time served bricklayer, with 40 years experience, I have been self employed for the last 38 years and have never really been out of work but moved to Norfolk from Essex a couple of years ago and I am now looking for local work. I've done most things over the years extensions, house building, walls, landscaping, patios, driveways etc, I have also been lucky enough to build my own house, I'm currently working with my son Terry which works well. I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

New to the area and was looking for someone reliable and skilled for job. Scott came around and did initial measurements before sending a very reasonable quote across. Work was done over two days and to a very high standard. The new doors are well built and installed and are exactly what I was looking for. Scott was really helpful from the start, very personable throughout, answering questions that came up and advising how best to maintain the new doors going forward. Will definitely hire again.

David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

We had 25 fence panels including concrete posts and gravel boards fitted.The work was completed within the timescale indicated on the quotation and started on time. Andy communicated well via emails and telephone calls during the quotation period and was happy to re-quote on two occasions when we changed our specification of fence. We will be recommending them to our neighbours and friends . Very pleased with the quality and service. Excellent value for money.

Graeme came round and quoted for the job. £180.00 including materials, which he carried out on friday. He made a lovely job and left the place nice and tidy. I had a kitchen blind I was going to put, I asked Graeme if he wouldn't mind doing it, which he did at no extra cost. Extremely grateful and will definitely use again.
