Alex and his coworker from C&P General Construction Ltd did an exceptional job repairing and repainting my front door, 7 door frames and most of the skirting boards around my flat. He was super knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail, making sure to leave a high quality finish in terms of decoration - and he came back afterwards to address a few small things that needed doing. Overall they did a good job. Brendon and his team are great guys. The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is that the typical thing happened: A quote of £550 was agreed to replace 7-8 missing tiles and then open arrival and closer inspection more issues are discovered and suddenly the quote increases to £2000. The two guys fixing the issues spent max 5-6 hours on the fixes with no expensive materials used. Shame cause I was considering them for a whole roof replacement next year, not anymore.

I had a terrible experience with Heritage Roofing, who ripped me off for £3,000 and left the job unfinished and poorly done. Thankfully, Simon came over afterwards, fixed all of their mistakes, properly sorted out the drainage on my property, and replaced the flat roof to a very high standard. I’m extremely grateful for Simon’s honest, professional work and would highly recommend him.
