The quote they gave included the sand to fill the gaps between the paving slabs and Driveway bricks. The three guys turned up on time, Professionally attired and ready for work. Had minor roof, soffit & fascia repairs done plus rainwater pipes cleaned out. Quality of work was ok, however their pricing quotations were at a silly high level. Watch out for the upsell, I was quoted £20K for a new roof!
