Stephen and his colleague came to visit me this morning after a short call yesterday after they had seen my job posted. They were 10 minutes early, and despite offering the restaurants they just wanted to get straight onto the job which was fine by me. They were super efficient and had the job done in less than 15 minutes without any problems whatsoever. Miroslav replaced 4 window handles and a broken hinge. Also arranging a replacement large double glazed sliding door for me - replacing to have one specially cut to incorporate a cat flap.
