We took down ivy from our brick house walls, which left unsightly tendrils that we found impossible to remove. After speaking with Josh at WishyWashy, he offered to do a free test clean. Went from £60 for this to £3850 to replace the gable end. Bought supplies and carried on after being told to stop. Demanded £500 for goods worth £200, threatened he wouldn't leave without money. Smashed some of the goods before running when I called the police.

Cleaned the roof as requested, didn't clear the guttering as promised! Whilst on the roof they kept finding other work that needed doing which we were a bit curious about? When rang on the evening they denied all knowledge of attending the property. Avoid would be my advice.

Having been either let down or quoted inflated prices it was a breath of fresh air when Ben came to quote. The quote was accepted and Ben went out of his way to source some replacement ridge tiles. The work was delayed due to the weather but completed as requested. Final bill was less than the quote, so very pleased with that. I would recommend Ben as he is conscientious,diligent and easy to talk to.
