Antonel quoted for our bathroom refit as well as 2 more jobs (garden and front of house) swiftly and was broken down as discussed. There was great communication the whole way with all decisions consulted as well as advice given. The team worked very hard whilst we were away. Stephan arrived on time, listened carefully to my requests and made excellent recommendations where necessary. He went on to complete each task excellently well and at a considerable charge. I am very satisfied with his work and attitude to work; particularly his tidiness. He never left any mess around.
The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

I originally wanted the front of a terraced house rendered to which bobby came round and we had a chat. In the end I asked him to look at another one of my houses which we have since gone ahead with and had rendered. Stuck to the price quoted and answered every question I threw at him with in depth knowledge! The work carried out itself I cannot fault, it is absolutely immaculate. Couldn't of asked for anyone better to do the work! 10/10 for every aspect from start to finish, would definitely recommend.
