Anton did a great emergency call out job on some pipe work. I called him on Monday late afternoon, and he was able to come and see the work that needed to be done within the hour, he was then able to start work the following day, working around the roofers we had on site too. As I wasnt onsite when he did the inspection he sent me a video of the work that he was going to do, which was great! I booked the gardener to come, didn't turn up, didn't answer phone, didn't respond to messages, terrible service, avoid! Update: eventually responded to my calls and messages an hour after he was supposed to be on the job. He said he had an emergency and would let me know an alternative date. That was three days ago. I get that people have emergencies, but I shouldn't have to chase for communications when Ive booked a service and been stood up. Not professional at all.
