I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Highly recommended.

I'm a mobile Locksmith based in Ashford, Middlesex. I work in the following postcodes TW and KT but that doesn't mean that if you're in London or surrounding area you are too far. I also do some handyman jobs in between or if I'm in a certain area or the customer requests it. The locksmith that attended was honest and fair. He arrived within 35 minutes from confirming their service. The whole process was fast and efficient. Any other issues arise in the future; EPR Locksmith would be my first point of call.
