Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. First time I have used this service. Alan did a excellent job installing the electrics for our new kitchen, he gave us some great tips for lighting options, which look great, Alan was very professional and meticulous and explained all the rules and regs to us very clearly, we now have our new kitchen which is fully compliant and certified I would definitely recommend him.

James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.

I have not had a chance to inspect. I am a landlord and the work was carried out on a tenanted property. But there were no complaints from the tenants so that in itself is a good sign. Brian is a real Pro, a landlord himself, he understood what my needs were and gave good value for money. He also made arrangements direct with the tenant to gain access.
We have been trading for over 20 years. I can either supply and fit kitchens and bathrooms or we can work with labour only if the customer requires.
Fitted worktops to my kitchen and have done a really good job. Arrived on time and completed job the same day. Would I use again- Yes most definitely.
