For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. Ross supplied and fitted 9 led downlights in my kitchen and an outdoor socket. He came to the house, inspected what had to done and was very clear and decent about the job.
