But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. UNI-F. LTD were exceptionally quick to make contact and arrange a visit to assess the extent of the work and quote on it (in this instance, re-wiring). The electrician was very pragmatic and helpful and usefully, was qualified to certify his own work. He was well presented and respectful of the house, and also competitively priced. Would recommend this company.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
