Darren is an amazing Electrian, his work is neat and precise. He did find an unexpected complication and after consulting with me rectified the problem, this came at a little extra cost but it was a necessary addition. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Quoted for job on initial call. Called again with his ETA and arrived on time. Saw problem was broken gearbox and fitted replacement, checking that everything aligned and worked properly. Drilled door handle mounting holes so inner handle fitted properly. Job completed quickly to a good standard. Many thanks.

Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance!
