Ben gave an honest report about the job and the complications there were, then project managed the process. The job was completed on the day promised despite being let down by other contractors who arrived late. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

I had a few quotes done for the job of converting my workshop into a well-insulated and usable room and although Aeron's actually wasn't the cheapest he was very honest and told me that some of the work I'd requested wasn't actually necessary so he actually saved me money. I have to say with all sincerity that Aeron (and Dave) are by far the best tradesmen I have ever hired. Absolutely outstanding craftsmanship, excellent work ethic, friendly, pleasant and efficient. 100% confidence in recommending.

This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
