Handyman- A person who is capable of doing odd jobs and domestic repairs. Sam doesn’t fit the description….. He is so much more! Today I had the pleasure of meeting a real gentleman. Kind, curteous and professional in his attention to detail. Sam put up 5 heavy oak shelves, with metal brackets in the kitchen. Mike came, quoted £700 to do the weeding. Transferred £350 to bank to start immediately . He blew leaves off the snow for 5/10mins then asked for £50cash for weed killer which we declined and he then left. Next day van problems, too wet next day. We asked for a refund not heard since. I would pay after completion. Disappointing
