James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. Houghton Construction is a company I would use again. We Had a very good working relationship with Aaron and all the trades people he used. I learned a lot about various aspects of the building trade through Aaron and his people being around them (and sometimes in their way) for a few weeks . Thanks Aaron and all the trades people.

We are really pleased with the work that has been done by JNP. It was done very efficiently, on time and never swayed from the original quote. Whenever I had any questions, James always responded quickly. They also dealt with appropriate licence arrangements with West Berkshire Council. Overall I would thoroughly recommend these guys to anyone needing driveway work done. Thanks again guys!

Andrew from Eland Construction left us with a very good impression, sadly we had to postpone the job for personal reasons, but he was very knowledgeable and left us a feeling of trust right from the start. I would recommend Andy. He spent time evaluating the job required with a view to looking at less costly but effective options. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. He communicated clearly and so there was no confusion with what the job involved and the final cost. He was also very nice to my dog. Thanks Andy.

We were impressed with the professionalism of this builder. We felt the price quoted was reasonable, the crew were respectful of our property and worked tidily and cleanly. We were very impressed with the finished work which was completed on time. They even moved some of my plants, and turned my bamboo into canes for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use CFX builders again, or recommend them to others.

John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.
