Duncan removed a load-bearing wall from my flat and fitted supporting beams. He also arranged scaffolding and coordinated a plumber to run new drainage to allow the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom. I was really pleased with all aspects of the work which was completed efficiently and to a high standard. If there was any materials left over then they were mine as I had paid for them hence in your quote so any extras u did for me would have been labour costs only I asked you the cost to get hut painted you said no more than £70 but you only painted the roof so no more than £30 hose on to wall no more than £30 a strip of wood round the fence a slab at the hut and some sand round the hut... That's all I can think of that comes nowhere near £500
