Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.

Menzies is very friendly and helpful. He gave us honest opinion that door beyond economic repair which I appreciated. However, he did improve the locking mechanism so that we can lock the door properly whilst awaiting new door. Would recommend.
