Complete mess up. Ok with some work but regards to a tiler then stay away. Would not have hired if we knew the poor workmanship. Asked for payments up front and also broke items that he installed and would not accept the damage. Price was agreed on a 5 day works and when he left with only 1/3rd of the bathroom done it was running into 14. We had to ask him to leave as the smell of drink was awful. Not only that but we have had to get the bathroom ripped out as non of it was compliant. Thanks Hue.

Chay carried out a significant refurb to my investment property in Armley. He fitted a new roof, bathroom and kitchen to a high standard. Also knocked down kitchen/living room wall and installed LSJ in swift fashion. Other works included re-plastering of the top and middle floor bedrooms, the bathroom and kitchen ceiling. He also installed new radiators, new sockets and carried out first fix on electrics. Truly a jack of all trades, and a great bloke with great work ethic. Would highly recommend.

I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
