For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. The work itself - replacing a consumer unit - is excellent. It did take an amount of chasing up to get the Part P building control safety certificate. Happy to say I now have it.

Richmond fitted three lights in the kitchen and living room which was good, He also fitted my gas oven but he didn’t do what I asked him to do which was to change plug socket to a 15amp and oven plug instead he just changed the plug to a 13amp. This can burn out the one in the long run ( my father who is an electrical engineer graduated with masters degree from Imperial College London) I still have not used the oven and bought an air fryer because of this. Richmond also didn’t complete the job…..
