A good experience from start to finish. Nick and his colleague arrived within a couple of hours of us posting the job. It turned out to be a much more complicated job than first thought but they persevered and did not leave until the new central heating pump was working and the radiators were warming up. There is a problem with the job completed and the tradesman called Kial is not responding to my messages. He was paid in full on completion but earlier asked for 50 percent payment to start the job. This should have been 20 percent according to Rated People.
