We are so pleased with the work carried out. We did not know much about NPS before, and had to put a lot of trust in Neil. He repaid our trust with honesty and hard work. Our house being old, there were a number of complications, and Neil found a solution each time, without increasing the cost. I would definitely recommend NPS, and will certainly use them in any future projects we have.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Sam was awesome! The first time to fit a shower pump and the second time for new radiators to be fitted. Will definitely be using Crown plumbing & heating with future jobs I’d like to have done. Thanks Sam!

They deserve good marks all round. The quote was extremely reasonable and competitive. Once we agreed the job, they turned up on the day, on time! Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian

top marks. so helpful and informative, found the leak , not initially where is was expected, also found another leak from the Washing Machine. which he repaired. Fully thorough in his work, very polite and trustful. I have the original leak to be done, this week as its now urgent. Thankyou Louis for all your help and reasurances.
