Though this wasn't a particularly tricky job Dale was beset by a multitude of issues ranging from multiple failed deliveries to unexpected road closures so it ran over massively. None of it his fault and he kept his cool in frustrating circumstances and still did a fantastic job. Absolutely recommend Dale 100%. So pleased with the end result.

From start to finish our experience with Premier Plumbing was perfect. Matt came and gave advice about how to improve our bathroom. On accepting quote for the work Matt’s wife Jemma sourced and suggested items for the fit giving good advice again. The work was done efficiently and with consultation throughout. Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.

Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.

T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Following my negative feedback, information has come to light that Mr Chisti was unable and NOT unwilling to finish the work due to some personal unforseen circumstances. He has offered a refund for the work he didn't do and I am waiting for that. He and his wife were 2 of the most hardworking people I have ever seen and I am glad that they are not the villains I initially thought they were. I'd have them back anytime

Christian and Julian are the most amazing and reliable builders. If I could give them 10* I would. They came to complete 1 project but agreed to 2 other projects in my home.
