Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. Floorlayer with over 15 years of experience, specialising in all aspects including vinyl, carpet and LVT (luxury vinyl tile) also undertake all prep work such as screeding and plying floors. Luxury vinyl tile is fast taking over from laminate and ceramic tiles due to no laminate warping or grout cracking but it looks the exact same but more durable and longer lasting! New to rated people so don’t have any reviews yet but my pictures are of my previous works!

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time.
