Even when one door proved difficult (leading to the job taking longer than he thought and eating into his weekend) he took great care with his work and didn't finish until he was completely happy with it. I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

Couldn’t be happier with the remedial painting. Friendly from the start and no upselling at all, they just got on with it and the finish is excellent. They even sorted doors that wouldn’t close, shaving them to fit, and cleaned all the hardware. The flat was left spotless, with no paint specks anywhere. Extra bits I asked for were done with no fuss, and they even offered to source a missing handle part afterwards. The place now looks crisp and brand new. Highly recommend

Gordon and his mate did a great job fitting the roll of vinyl I bought off Ebay. Had to buy a big bigger size. They managed to manoeuvre on kitchen floor and cut to size and trim round the new kitchen. Did preparation before laying, very professional.
