Michael McGowan from Greenline Roofing came out. We had been let down previously and he was aware of this. They did the job that afternoon. We paid them. They put 4 vents in the roof, which ended up causing more leaks. They said someone would send someone out to fix it, they didn't. They said they would phone back, they didn't. No response to any messages. We have had to get someone out to fix the vents that were put in the wrong way. The word 'inside' is on the outside of the vents fitted. No money back.

Nicholas did a fantastic job installing wall panels and hanging tv on wall bracket. He was very easy to deal with, very professional and has a great eye for detail. BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.
