CID's quotation was detailed and professionally presented covering all aspects of the work. They communicated in a polite and timely manner as required. The work was carried out expertly with all aspects of health and safety being observed. They treated my home with respect wearing foot coverings to keep the floor clean. He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance
