His complete disregard for commitments, endless no-shows, and excuses left tenants without basic security, forcing a tenant to move out. Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.
