I have worked in the construction trade for over 10 years and I have recently moved into removals. This is because I have a property firm where removals are of great importance. IKEA furniture construction services £17.50 per hour. Minimum call out charge £40 Special day rate £115 - 7.5 hours Packing services £20 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £125 - 7.5 hours Removal services £30 per hour. Minimum call out charge £70 Special day rate £190 - 7.5 hours Specialist/ Large scale Removal jobs: If I need to hire a MWB the rough rate is £40 per hour. With a minimum charge of £70.00. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum charge of £100.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated. Please give the rough dimension of any key double height items that need to remain upright, such as a fridge freezer? In addition is it a two or three seater? Waste Removals services £35 per hour. Minimum call out charge £80 Special rate £225 - 7.5 hours Specialist Large-scale Waste Removals job: If I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum charge of £100.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide images of the items that you require to be disposed of. Please give the rough dimensions of any key double height items that need to remain upright, such as a fridge freezer? In addition are you disposing of two or three seater chairs and what are the rough dimensions? Please note for orders of £200 and above there is a 20% deposit required before the job is completed. Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

Job started off well but there were issues afterwards. Walls are not level, the pointing is not right and the opening of the doorway is way out of level. They have not filled in block work joints on the outside and rainwater is seeping in. I have to pay for another bricklayer to put everything right. Would I recommend these guys? No chance.
