Darren is an amazing Electrian, his work is neat and precise. He did find an unexpected complication and after consulting with me rectified the problem, this came at a little extra cost but it was a necessary addition. arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site

I have not had a chance to inspect. I am a landlord and the work was carried out on a tenanted property. But there were no complaints from the tenants so that in itself is a good sign. Brian is a real Pro, a landlord himself, he understood what my needs were and gave good value for money. He also made arrangements direct with the tenant to gain access.
