Not reliable at all. Contacted me straight away. Sweet talked and made it sound he was the perfect person to fit my alarm system.. Gavin came fitted the alarm. Gavin left me a tablet. For the alarm system. He did Not set it up. Also installed the door bell which does not work correctly , nor connect. I have contacted him . He said that he would come around. He has not come around or answered my messages. He is not professional or reliable. I am going to ask him to take he’s equipment and refund fully

I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. I unhesitatingly recommend PS Building and Decorating, you honestly would have to search very hard to find a comparable standard of work. I

It was a tricky task, working with different levels and laying concrete that tied them together while ensuring rainfall would be carried away correctly. I was over whelmed by the very early start which in this weather I can understand but how quickly this size of tree was removed worked non stop respected my neighbours property and cleared and removed all materials and logs no damage considering the size of tree.. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
