Though this wasn't a particularly tricky job Dale was beset by a multitude of issues ranging from multiple failed deliveries to unexpected road closures so it ran over massively. None of it his fault and he kept his cool in frustrating circumstances and still did a fantastic job. Absolutely recommend Dale 100%. So pleased with the end result.

Job diagnosed and resolved, I wasn't at the property at the time but I want to thank the tradesperson involved. One thing I would have liked prior to the visit was a conversation on the phone, as the solution was a replacement seal. I did try to call but was advised to text only. If I was able to discuss the issue first then I might have been able to resolve the problem myself and avoid the charge, which I expect mostly covered the call out. The customer service and knowledge though was superb.
