I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Highly recommended.

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

Richard Jones He arrived on time as agreed Its very important especially with wet trades that care is taken in the house not to make a mess and soil the carpets etc. he was careful with protection I think his quote was reasonable Richard was very careful.
