Richard Jones He arrived on time as agreed Its very important especially with wet trades that care is taken in the house not to make a mess and soil the carpets etc. he was careful with protection I think his quote was reasonable Richard was very careful. He worked quietly hard and the final plastered ceiling was very good I would not hesitate to recommend him again

Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. They are very clean and professional. Installation was excellent and solid. Due to their reliability, I would definitely use them again. Thanks Lola

I’m really pleased I found Alex! He came and quoted the job quickly and began work quickly . He worked around my week to get the job done , arriving at 6.20 the first day as I had to leave early for a meeting He is very tidy when working , i had to work from home a few days and you wouldn’t know he was there ! His work quality is fantastic , he completed the job ahead of time , explained everything to me and is very personable and polite . A really , really nice guy. Would recommend and use again

Excellent service. I will definitely use L P Projects again. Spencer arrived on time; he was professional and courteous. We had a whole ceiling skimmed following electrical work and also to rectify cracks that developed over years. The result is a lovely smooth, clean surface. No mess remained. He kept to the agreed price and timescale. Thank you.
