We were delighted with the work that Chris and his team did with our front garden. Chris impressed from the first time we met him with his knowledge and attention to detail, and he really helped us to refine our ideas, offering useful suggestions throughout the design phase. The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons. We tried to re-arrange each time but it was always cancelled. After the 4th time we gave up and cancelled the job as it is frankly too unreliable and we need someone professional. We are now failing to get our deposit back as apparently unused materials cannot be returned. He wants to just dump it on our driveway. Avoid using!
