Miroslaw is an exceptionally good builder. He installed a team in my house within about a week, they worked incredibly hard (and cleaned up nightly) and delivered top-notch work. He's totally reasonable about the quote, we added a few things on as we went with a quick agreement about the price change - none of the headaches that you normally have with builders. I had them replace a 3 panel fence and install a new 2 panel fence. They were quick to attend, and quick to provide a quote, which was by close of play that day. Got some good advice on my requirements and seemed happy to discuss options and different ways of achieving the same end. Was able to be on site within 2 days and most importantly, turned up on time. The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.
