Mazen agreed to remove my old laminate kitchen worktops and replace them with new quartz worktops. He was very friendly, polite and professional. Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.

Came very quickly and completed the job (like-for-like electric shower replacement) satisfactorily, my only gripe is the price/cost. Said it would be about £250 - £350 at the start, on completion of the job the price had gone up to £480 and he wanted it in cash. Not much I could do when the job's finished and the guy's standing in the house wanting to be paid. On reflection I feel I have been overcharged and should have waited for the other responses to come in but needed it doing.

The work completely was of a very high standard with immaculate attention to details. Jerry was punctual from the survey stage to the end of the work. He sorted little snags with the wall, separated the work area with a plastic sheet so the dust was minimised. After each day, my home was left clean and the job was progressing well. The end result looks great and no issues so far. I would recommend them 100%
