I found Darren to be friendly and professional. His quotes were reasonable. The jobs changed slightly once the work started and Darren took the time to explain the options. Some changes required additional money from me but I was happy to pay as the end result was worth it. I would definitely ask Darren for quotes in the future.

Mixed experience. I've never had anyone work on my house who shows such a lack of respect for my property. Despite being asked 3 times to be careful and to cover plants, etc, our garden was trampled and rubbish, including nails, scattered everywhere. We had to spend several hours clearing up after they had finished. This attitude showed up in the work too, some of which needed redoing. End result is OK; I still think it could have been neater

The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

If I could give 10 stars for each category I would! I cannot say how happy I am with the finished job and with the clean and tidy way in which it was conducted. Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount. This is an effective, no-frills, reasonably priced outfit. They replaced my house extension 4mx4m flat roof with a new felt flat roof. I was impressed by the speed of response to my job posting, with a site visit on the same day and the work done a few days later in one day. The workmen were skilled and diligent and produced a good-looking product, clearing up afterwards. I paid the original price quoted, with no additional surprise items. No problems have arisen in the week since, despite storms.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Well dodone
