Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Packing services £20 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Removal services £30 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £205 - 7.5 hours Specialist/ Large scale Removal jobs: If I need to hire a MWB the rough rate is £40 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of £180.00. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of £200.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated. Please give the rough dimension of any key double height items that need to remain upright, such as a fridge freezer? In addition is it a two or three seater? Waste Removals services £35 per hour. This company was a nightmare to deal with. I have never experienced such amateur and inefficient work. They spent more time getting “ materials “ than actually doing the job. The bathroom renovation should have taken 2 days. Admittedly there were a few unforeseen problems. But basically just taking out and refitting sink and toilet. Their workmen were awful. They took over twice the time they should have. Also they never finished. The bath is still leaking. The sealant finish is amateur

Waited another week, I asked to be refunded for unfinished work; he refused, I Kept his tools until refunded. He threatened to destroy my garden. I returned tools but no refund given. Poor-quality work. Didn't use whacker to level ground; it was very uneven. Had to remove grass to have it relayed correctly.
