Kris and Carolina were very professional and polite in completing the job. The job was expanded by me to include laminate floor replacement, refitting a toilet and a light refurbishment of the toilet including plumbing, carpentry and decoration. Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.
