George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. Hi I'm Richard from South Norwood. First of all I would like to thank you for reading my profile. I'm a sole trader with over forty years experience in home and office improvement and repair. I have worked on a sub-contract basis for a reputable local company for over thirty-five years. My main trades are partitioning, fitting kitchens and bathrooms including plumbing, floor and wall tiling and decorating. I'm also experienced in other trades such as fitting laminate flooring and decking, carpentry and plasterboarding walls and ceilings. I believe it takes no longer to do a good job than it does to do a poor one. I had a High school education and attained o-levels in English, Maths, Geography and Technical drawing. I also am a qualified first aider and I take a refresher course every three years.
Richard did a superb job in putting up shelves, coat rails and curtains for us. He was bang on time, efficient and an absolute pro. He was also an absolutely lovely chap too, a pleasure to talk to and I felt completely comfortable leaving him to work while I worked upstairs. I couldn't recommend Richard highly enough.
