We put an advertisment up last night, and we recieved a phone call in the morning from Jay. He was really friendly and helpful, and gave us a rough quote on the phone. When he arrived he was friendly and reassuring, he informed us of more damage that he saw, and put no pressure on us that it needed to be done instantly. He also kept true to his quote. I have been in the building trade for almost 35 years , so have developed a vast range of knowledge through out this time . All work is carried out to the highest of standards with the greatest of care to your home .
Due to water damage we had to have our dining room floor lifted and replaced, and the room re-plastered and decorated. We also decided to have a new kitchen worktop and sink installed, and a partial internal wall removed at the same time. Carl was able to organise all of this for us and not only was it done to a very high standard it was also done well within time. We’re so happy with the work and would not hesitate to recommend. Will definitely look to use Carl again for any future work.

A great job by Lee and the team. I was a bit apprehensive about changing to just a shower only (from bath/shower) but the final result looks great. Lee and the guys were really professional and approachable, happy to accommodate some last minute additions we wanted (spot lights and LED cabinet fitting). I particularly liked Lee's spreadsheet of charges he provided, made it really transparent at each stage of payment so no there are no surprises. Definitely will use LV Construction again.
