For over 30 years I have been in the construction industry in commercial and none commercial. I have many years experience in all kinds of extensions, single, double, garage conversions, one off houses, garden walls. I have public liability NVQ level three in Bricklaying The contractors are use the electrics and gas or certificate based. I have an architect and structural engineer I have used for 20 plus years so drawings/plans and calculations are not a problem. I have dealt with many building inspectors/ control and have a good relationship with them’. If you would like references from previous employers/ customers this is not a problem. I’ve had to change this rating due to rating too prematurely initially. After fitting our laminate flooring, we have had nothing but issues with slats coming up, nails too long out of the skirting and the door trim not being secure. Although both came out once and glued the LVT down in places we are finding more come up. My husband is now going to have to glue them all down after paying over 1k for supply and fit or alternatively have it taken out and redone.

We would highly recomend Sam and Jim , thanks to various bathroom leaks we had to replace our rotting bathroom floor and were just going to do this with a new shower - however for a very reasonable price, and sticking within our budget, Sam and Jim were able to design and fit a completely new bathroom for us which looks amazing . They went above and beyond the work quoted for, correcting poor work done by previous workmen and I wish i could give them an extra star they were that good. Highly recomend.
I all ways wanted to be a bricklayer just like my farther so he sent me to college witch I did for two years learning the trade then worked for various companies gaining my experience giving me the opportunity to working with other trades witch I started to learn witch gave me more confidence to work for myself so I could provide a good customer service with the reliability and attention to detail with the 33 + years in the trade.
