Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. Contracted to fit a double window, workmanship isn't great and after months of chasing they still have not supplied a FENSA certificate as stated. I'm now looking into getting the work reviewed by a third party and seeking damages for any remedial works.

Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.
Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
