At AR Drainage Solutions we cover everything to do with drainage, foul and storm, from roding & High pressure water jetting To remove blockages. Cctv camera surveys with a professional wincan report. RIP out and renews (installations) of new and old lines due to collapses. No Dig Repairs (fibreglass lining and patching), like if you had a faulty line that runs under a building such as a store or liscence premises and way to much money to shut in order for it to be dug up then we can install a patch or liner with sophisticated equipment from the outside manhole and no hassle to the client or business. We pride ourselves on providing a great service from the cradle to the grave and all our clients know that once they have sent us the job we see it through to the end with as less hassle to them as possible, most of our clients are middle men dealing with insurance, lettings or housing associations and just want to pass on the job and be confident it will be carried out correctly.

After two phone conversations, we agreed on a specific date for the work to begin. Unfortunately, the contractor did not turn up, even though I had taken a day off work specifically for the installation. Communication was also very poor, with messages going unanswered and no clear notice that the appointment would not go ahead. Overall, this was very unprofessional and resulted in nothing but a waste of my time.

Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him

We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did. I can’t recommend him enough the work he has done is top notch.

A good job, expertly carried out, but not quite up to our expectations with clearing the debris. It took us two days to get the garden back to normal. The second phase of the order is yet to be done and I’m sure that they will satisfy our requirements.
